About Me
I’m Pamela, mummy and wife, hypnobirthing teacher and womans yoga teacher.
I began teaching yoga 8 years ago, in November 2017, after completing my training while on maternity leave with my second son. Before stepping into teaching, I worked as a retail manager in a very busy, often stressful role. Yoga became a real passion for me—a way to support women through pregnancy, motherhood, and everything that follows.
I’m not your stereotypical yogi or fitness enthusiast. I have a tummy from carrying my boys, and I’ve learned to embrace it. I drink plenty of coffee, enjoy my cake, and while I’m fairly flexible, my core and strength are still very much a work in progress.
As a mum of 3 boys, I’m definitely outnumbered at home, and much of my life revolves around them. Wherever you are on your journey, there’s a good chance I’ve been somewhere similar, or I’m heading that way myself—and I’d love to walk alongside you.
I feel so grateful that this is my job, and I’m genuinely thankful for every single person who chooses to spend time with me in class.
I teach pregnancy yoga and birth-preparation classes, mum-and-baby classes, and women’s yoga. And I’m really excited to now offer hypnobirthing classes as well!
Why Blossom Yoga & Birth?
My aim is to create a warm, safe, and welcoming space for everyone who comes to class. I truly believe that yoga can help women grow, unfold, and reconnect with themselves—and I’m especially passionate about all things birth.
It brings me so much joy to see women come to class, relax, build confidence, make new friendships, and rediscover parts of themselves. Taking time to pause and connect with your body feels more important than ever in today’s busy world.
There’s absolutely no judgement in my classes—everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace and listen to what their body needs. Over the years, I’ve watched so many beautiful friendships form here, and it honestly means the world to me.
I’m a qualified 200-hour yoga teacher with further training in pre- and postnatal yoga. I’m also a certified children’s yoga teacher and a KGH hypnobirthing practitioner. In addition, I’ve completed biomechanics for birth training and caesarean birth training.
