Yoga for Pregnancy
Gentle, nurturing pregnancy yoga classes designed to help you build strength, connect with your baby, and feel confident as you prepare for birth. These sessions offer so much more than movement—we explore a different theme each week related to pregnancy, birth, or early motherhood, giving you space to learn, share, and build a supportive network with other local mums.
You’ll be guided through breathing techniques to help you relax, ease tension, and feel calmer as you approach labour and birth. I’ll show you pregnancy-safe yoga postures, always offering modifications so you can honour how your body feels each week.
Every class ends with a soothing, guided relaxation to support better sleep and leave you feeling rested, refreshed, and uplifted.
Classes are suitable from 12 weeks right through to birth, and no previous yoga experience is needed.
All classes are now in set blocks of 4, 5 or 6 weeks. There may be gaps then between the block start dates. Please get in touch for block start dates.
These classes generally fill quickly with people booking several blocks, so please do get in touch early on to secure a space.

Yoga for Mum & Baby
This class is just as much for you as it is for your baby!
Our mum and baby sessions offer a gentle blend of postnatal yoga for you, along with simple stretches, songs, and playful moments for your little one. For mums, the focus is on rebuilding strength and stamina safely after birth. We also bring baby into some of the postures, so you can continue your practice while holding and connecting with them.
Baby yoga helps support your little one’s growth and development, while creating a joyful, nurturing bonding experience for both of you. The class is completely baby-led, so please don’t worry if your baby cries, feeds, or needs changing—that’s all part of the journey.
Classes are suitable from around 6 weeks postpartum, or 8–10 weeks after a caesarean. And no previous yoga experience is needed to join.
Classes are booked in blocks. Each class location runs slightly differently.
Current mum & baby classes are:
Bishopbriggs on Mondays 9.45am - Blocks are rolling, which means you can start anytime that suits you, as long as there is space. Booking open for JANUARY!
Linwood on Tuesdays 10am - The next block is 6th January for 4 weeks. You can still join after block start dates.
Women’s Yoga Class
Flowing and strengthening yoga classes centred around the phases of the moon and on connecting your breath to movement, helping to quiet and focus the mind. You will learn breathing techniques to help relax you and ease your stresses. Each class starts with a womens circle and a friendly chat, and ends with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling relaxed and floating on air.
These classes are suitable for beginners as it's taught as a slower flow but with more advanced modifications to take if you choose, helping you tailor your yoga practice to you.
The class is booked in 6 or 8 week blocks.

Hypnobirthing Class
Hypnobirthing is NOT what you think it is!
It gives you the knowledge and the tools to have the best birth for you. You will be more informed and know what questions to ask and what options are available to you. You will learn to release fear and learn to trust your body, your instinct and your baby.
We can’t predict how your birth will go, but we can prepare and arm you with as much knowledge as you can to help you have a positive and beautiful birth.
This is a class for you and your birth partner.
Available as 1-2-1 or group sessions.
Investment is £350 per couple for 1-2-1 or £250 per couple for a group session.

An add on to either the pregnancy yoga class or hypnobirthing class where with just you and your birth partner we can discuss your birth preferences, what to consider and how to ask for them.

One to One Yoga
Looking to do some yoga but not wanting to be part of a group? I can offer a one on one session at your home for womens, pregnancy or post natal yoga.

Kids Yoga in Nurseries or Schools
I’m able to offer yoga sessions in schools and nurseries for group sessions as a regular class, occasional class or a one off class.
There are many benefits to yoga for children including reducing stress and anxiety; boosting concentration and focus; improves flexibility, strength and balance; builds confidence and self esteem.
Each class lasts 30-40 mins and is based on a story or theme.
